2018 Brain awareness week. Your brain is you and everything you do.

But did you wake this morning and think what will I do to boost my brain?  Enhance my body and mind,or reach my optimal performance? Probably not. We take our brain for granted. This week invest in your brain,  and you will be investing in yourself.

Day one. Stay hydrated. Drink 1 + litres of water per day. Dehydration shrinks your brain, slows down your speed and information processing, makes you feel fatigued and sluggish. If you feel thirsty you are already drying out.  Keep a glass or bottle of water available at all times to sip throughout the day. Happy hydration.
